Married : Kerry Ann & Tyler : Vintage White Wedding at The Lace Factory

A love story with longevity, Kerry Ann & Tyler have been smitten for more than ten years, and assembled a clean and masterfully crafted stately, white wedding to celebrate the union as husband and wife.

Kerry Ann readied at The Griswold Inn in Essex, donning her Jim Hjelm wedding dress, alongside her best friends and bridesmaids, garbed in aubergine Amsale gowns. The historic inn was a stately and cozy scene, befitting the feel of the temperate late-August day.

Beside a New England landmark, the couple said “I do” as the Essex Steam Train awaited to embark The Lace Factory, just a hop skip away in Deep River, Connecticut, a reception venue perfectly paralleling the couple’s taste for industrial vintage and charm. The Maid of Honor, unable to attend having given birth to a beautiful baby, watched on, tears streaming from her eyes, from an iPad among the guests present. The guests boarded the train with vim and vigor, and relished the scenic route in unison.

The décor was simple and sincere. Guests strolled first past a collection of familial photos; found their seat within floral vials crafted by the couple’s green florist; and were greeted by a warm, string lighted interior filled to the brim with antique finds, crafts and candlelight. In addition, the groom’s parents 45-year anniversary was recognized, a warm and welcomed symbol of love and happiness permeated in the air of the fine affair.
